This course is designed to develop your knowledge, skills and abilities in Acceptance and Commitment Coaching beyond an introductory level.
It assumes learners have some prior knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT). It is suited to coaches and practitioners who are looking to develop their knowledge and skills in relational frame theory (RFT) which is the psychological theory that underpins Acceptance and Commitment Coaching.

The course has three components:
- Self paced learning
- A live group skills workshop
- A live one-to-one supervision session.
The course is delivered entirely online. Live components are offered at times designed to be timezone friendly for individuals based in any global region.
