This is an introductory level course. It assumes no prior knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT). It is suited to coaches and practitioners who are looking to develop their knowledge and skills in Acceptance and Commitment Coaching.
The course has three components:

Workshop dates for 2025:
